Team8 People is the global performance consultancy Bo Hanson founded and continues to lead as Director and Lead Performance Consultant. Team8 People is the merged brand of two of Bo’s businesses — Athlete Assessments (founded 2007, focused on the sporting context) and Team8 People (founded 2004 translating high-performance sport principles into business, education, and resource industries). As of July 2026, the business now operates under one unified brand, delivering the applied behavioral development work Bo has championed for 25+ years to clients across sport, business, education, and various operational environments worldwide.
Today, Dr. Liz Masen continues to lead the merged business as CEO. Bo continues as Director and Lead Performance Consultant, leading the applied consulting, development programming, and tailored Training and Accreditation that sit at the center of the business. Alongside Bo and Liz are a team of in-house staff, as well as a network of consultants and facilitators based around the globe.
